Sotol Generaciones is the first to be licensed by the Mexican federal government and the Department of Health for commercial production, but few individuals are left who can reproduce the savory nectar.

Our sotol is not mass-produced, but rather produced for quality. The sereque fermentation process involved in making our sotol takes several days and must distill drop by drop, thus producing the smoothness and flavor characteristics that make Sotol Generaciones a true quality drink.
